2.    Respond to Oz Harvests performance by making at least three recommendations or refinements for continuous improvement. Your response should be approximately 100-150 words.
3.    Reflect on your analysis of Oz Harvests performance and identify any refinements to performance indicators and measures or opportunities for improvement. Your response should be approximately 100-150 words.
Part 1: Business Plan
In this part you will write a business plan to senior management implement your business innovation proposal in Event 2 Part 2. The plan must be written using structure, layout and language appropriate to complex tasks and in a user-friendly, clear and logical manner. 
You will need to research and reference relevant information to plan and prepare your business plan. Your response should be approximately 1200 words

Provide a rationale for your overall business plan and strategies based on research and findings in Events 1,2 and 3. (each response should be approximately 50-100 words)

Conduct a risk management analysis and formulate a plan for dealing with contingencies according to organisational requirements. List the potential risks risks (in order of likelihood) that could impact your business.
